Why u put passwords on eu crpg servers?

thought they are public... and when the server is full it is full, so whats the problem?

The passwords only activate when a server hits max players, when the population of the server depletes to around 20 less than max the password is lifted. This is a feature that was added to stop people spamming 'connect' over and over untill they got in which caused some serious lag on the server, especially if lots of people were doing it.
Maybe you are not bad, but you are a boring person. Well, that's the end of the matter.

well i see now eu 5 got 46/80 players and there is still a password ZZZzzzz
