Call me whatever you guys want, but I satisfy my NES needs with emulators.

Also hunting down games is hard, I don't remember their names.

My biggest Nostalgia Trip will be the AoE II remake once it´s released.Damn, I had good times with it.An AoE I remake would also be cool, but Im fine with any remake at all, really. There are soooo many awesome games that should be re-released with slightly polished graphics and such, I wish Developers and Publishers would realise that.New games are all cooll and stuff, but there are just classics which cant be topped

So conviently enough for you, I see on steam right now a HD remake of AoE 2! Which I am getting right away!

I have SNES, U jelly? Many super mario versions. Even the lost levels hardcore shit. Originally only released in Japan because it was "too hard" for westerners (or that's what I've heard). I wish I had Contra tho... I have SNES Doom, it is some serious shit I tell you :D.

Play all the Metal Gear Solid games in order, 1-3 on PS2 then 4 on PS3.  No other games come remotely close.

Emulator?

Well true, emulators can't beat the real experience of playing on the actual console and original game cartridge. But I'm not going to search wide and far to find a SNES and a couple of games. I know of a store close by who might have one though :D

Emulators got nice things such as less pixely visuals, save states and other things, though. As well as online play, if you can find someone else :)

Y U NO KNOW NOSTALGIA?!!

For me the biggest part of nostalgia comes from the moment when you blow the dust out of those old cartridges and clean up the console before even starting the game. Emulator spoils the fun :D.

Oh, i know plenty of nostalgia from 1995 DOS games. '98 was way better, though.

Ah yes.. does anyone remember old good Secret of Mana for SNES?  :)

As for PC: Myth, Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic, Baldur's gate... so much fun with those games.
