I made a 7/30 STF just for this.

Poll banning people on basis of the asshat rule is legit. That rule is there for a reason.

I'm not saying this case in particular was a good banpoll (although I think I would if I had been present), but if polling is punished systematically there's no reason to leave them activated.

Why would anyone make a rule and not write it down to official server rules? Saying using multiple crossbows is not ok is like saying that Haardraada is not allowed to take more than 1 stack of throwing axes with him. Or that Bagge is not allowed to take 2 stacks of arrows with him.

Yeah, i've been surprised to see JohanE with 3 crossbows on his horse. I heard often that was not allowed to abuse of that, and lot people said me that they think that was not allowed to use it(more than one). So i made a poll ban against JohanE. After discussion in ts with many players, it seems that i made a mistake with rule, cause there's no rule about that, and it's allowed so i sent immediatly this JohanE:

That's why I gave only small ban because I suspected this might be a misunderstanding. Keep on swinging dude. I would have unbanned you instantly if you explained this earlier. Now the ban is already gone . It's good we got this cleared out.

I think using multiple Xbows is forbidden on some of the most popular Native servers, that's probably what caused the confusion.

In dubio pro reo imo.The polling reason is possibly a somewhat borderline case. Haradraa had a reason aimed to maintain gameplay fairnes. Anyhow , it was still a poll and not his own decision to kick the other player ( who was obviously intentionally exploiting game mechanics !). The other players on the server deceided how to  evaluate the poll, so can NOT to be attributed to Haradraa's own ability.
Clear decision for me , Haradraa is free of any guilt , furthermore it was his right and his responsibility as a community member to report unfair behavior in a subjective PoV.

Playing HX means equiping a horse an xbow and bolts , possibly some melee backup. Equiping multiple xbows is intentional exploiting unrestrictive game mechanics against the idea of a class ( and the game itself ) in a so obvious way that some ppl seem to not even see that.
