Lol, the Lich's ulti combined with refresher Magnus 
Ursa and especially Huskar got a massive buff. For ursa this only means that you'll now get the mask first while jungling, or possibly even go fight rosh before the 8 min mark with only the mask. But Huskar will be insane on mid/late game with lifesteal stacking with the burning spears.

I like most of the changes, like the Ember Spirit nerf, Invoker's EMP nerf, some new aghs ultis sound great, don't think Lich's one needed a buff. Some other changes seem quite silly - Huskar/Ursa UAM removal... well, we'll see how it plays out. Not sure if Terrorbljad nerf is enough though, that hero is batshit OP as well. So much damage early game.

I only played him once today, the match wasn't a good measure because the radiant just disconnected and left, quite annoying.

Meta form damage was brutal, without any items whatsoever. I hesitated too much because the hero wasn't familiar, so I ended up getting 2/2/2 or something. Pushing was faceroll pretty much. That's the only thing I really tried out with him.
