As I said, Bjord's only problem is that he doesn't know when to stop. Also there's always some admin online when he's doing his thing. Yesterday someone called me white trash from Balkan and told me he's going to sell me on the black market. I took it as a joke because it actually was a joke. But if some admin who doesn't like those kind of jokes was online, that player could end up being muted or even worse, banned.
There's ton of players doing "Bjord's thing" from time to time on a server (including me). But they never overdo it.
Yes, Bjord is quilty of being an ass sometimes. But that essay ban for calling kinngrimm, dimmwimm was ridiculous. People call kinngrimm names because of the way he plays this game. They do the same with SB_Veselov, Shokoshugi_Tiborur, same thing happened to LeoKing. Same thing is happening to me every time I join the server. even on alts. But only in kinngrimm's case someone got banned for it. That is bullshit.
