when 2 horses collide i still get a lagspike (teleporting) for about 5 seconds. makes cav fights Oh SO FUN....

Also, when it happens to someone else, I see their horse teleport. I am not certain if that's the case every time, though. It's always after a collision with another horse or after a bump. Doesn't happen to me multiple times around anymore, but it requires you to estimate where your horse is, especially if there was another melee there.

Yeah, it doesnt happen all the time anymore. Might be related to the total number of "horse"-agents on the map, cause at the start of the map it happens more often to me

There was a stuttering issue for me before where my character would slip and slide (not lag-based) and that was eventually fixed. 0 problems with that for a while, and enjoying the beta client quite a bit now.

However, I experience these issues when I use a horse (in the regular client, too):

1. When bumping someone or after colliding with another horse (without the rearing animation), my horse begins to skip frames along my intended path. On my screen, it looks like I am constantly teleporting and I have little control over the horse for this period of time. I need to come to a stop for a few seconds to fix this issue.

2. When I get dehorsed, sometimes I may slide far out of reach of where I was supposed to land.

3. The horse soaks an attack at a location separate of where it is located onscreen.


I was wondering if it would be possible to fix 1 or 2 at least. With bad luck, 1 seemed to happen on almost 1/4 of my bumps. 3 seems like an overarching issue with hitboxes in general, but I just thought it was worth pointing out.

This happens to me most nights that I play (usually once or twice for about 10-20 seconds).  not getting FPS drops, not getting any ping spikes, looks like packet loss if I had to guess.

I'm usually lucky and able to ride around the outside of the map (having a +3 courser helps too since people can't catch up to me) but I have very little control, I can't make any "fine" movements, only general directional changes.

I've been a stubborn idiot for the last few months, but the game is really convincing me to switch WSE 2 off if i wanna play cav... shame , really.

The client thinks it's back, because you can still hit someone even though it shows you are more far away.
At least from my experience.

In my experience the horse moves along the regular path based on how people react to me riding past them  (swinging at me). I'm willing to bet that they don't see me phasing around.

Also a work around is to get off and back on the horse.
