Its not really about the looms anyway its more about the morality and Meows failure to check if we were in the same clan before labeling the most recent behavior suspicious. Simple as that.
I can understand his suspicion of the ancient trades but I dont know the circumstances surrounding that very well so I wont postulate beyond my knowledge.
This is like the ONLY thing that matters though. This is the key to everything that comes after, because if he wasn't hacked and did sell them for $ 6 months ago then anything Meow gave him recently shouldn't even be in his possession to give back to you now. You should go to Black Winds and tell him he still didn't give back what he owes. Think of it like being given a stolen item irl as payment for something, its still not yours even if you gave him money..it still belongs to someone else and someone could come and take it back entirely legitimately whether you gave money or not. You would have no expectation of getting money back.
Meow did Black Winds a favour in the first place..now what about people in future who are genuinely hacked? Will Meow feel like going through all this bother again and possibly somehow become the bad guy? I guess in future if you say you were hacked 6 months ago then tough luck, its too late to prove it or find the trail of the items (which was the original position I think, but Meow took pity or felt like helping the guy out).
What happened too with the things given to BW from the original thread? Didn't vMega offer him a loom and people were giving cash? Sadly in future people might not feel so generous when they remember this as anyone with a similar story may have pocketed $ for the items and just wants some new free items, subbed by the community.
Mmmhm... Lies hey? That passage seems rather proficient with them.
You called me "dumb fukre", or whatever it was, then I informed you that due to the irritation you caused me, I blocked you. You then proceeded to call me a "bitch", and since that point were butt hurt 10/10.
You claimed you never liked me, which is laughable, considering we played Diablo III together, you were even in my clan on numerous occassions and left reported that you "didn't fit in, (Shakes, 2012). So, as much as you deny it, at one stage we were somewhat compatible. And all this case is just a way that you take things out of context to get back at me for blocking you.
And by the way, I have your address and contact information. I like driving too..
Wut
Anyway, BW should have just followed the rules given by Meow if he genuinely is innocent. There would have been suspicion regardless, but breaking that rule forced Meow's hand probably or at least gave him a reason to be suspicious, then you can look at the strange thing of not reporting it until 6 months later.
