Well that is easily explained by this part of my PM to him:
Also be aware that if I see any of these items go to someone without you getting something fitting in return I will have to get the stuff back since this is mainly something I do so you can play with your looms.
So in matter of hours he broke that one rule I had about him getting replacement looms.
Some more hours later he got accused of selling his heirlooms back then and not getting hacked at all at any time which is reason for the global ban while I investigate.
Not sure how I missed the option that he sold his looms for $ 6 month ago and was now just trying to get new ones.
If he gets unbanned he won't get any heirlooms back so just look at this as if it never happened and he never had any heirlooms.
If he wants to pay you back he can do so by playing.
I am not responsible for what you loan to people, he didn't even feel the need to report that he got "hacked" when he noticed but waited another 3 month so obviously it wasn't that important to him to pay you back.
