Afaik there is no rule to prevent taking fiefs from your own faction unless it's under incoming attack. One could argue whether it is moral or not, but it's not rulebreaking. Now if the devs think this is wrong, I bet they'll remove the owners of the fiefs. If not, then that's that.

Read what i say before, they had "inside" information and they had to have because walking to Mechin takes along time due to forest area and bridge. So cmpx clearly says that attacking a allied fief is a heavy exploit, when to prevent it from attack. they had this info long time before we could act and Andswaru himself says they did it to prevent us from attacking it.

So basicly Andswaru admits to cheat by that nord member who got mechin.

now if we all had that who is banned info then we all could react right ? but no that's protected by the Devs normally and we have to read the un bann threads.

the rule applies if your army was to reach the fief in the time of the lockout due to their attack, was your army that close and set for attacking that fief?

its not fair game, its abusing. And Cmpx rule have to count when the general population of strategus never knew WHO and what fief owner got banned.

You knew right when they got banned, eight er by cmpx who is in your clan or most likely cmpx then a TS chat with harpaq.
So yes u are abusing using something the general population is not knowing, then taking the fief before ANYONE knows whats going on.

Drz tryed to attack same faction is CLEARLY bannable offence. even making bogus factions. Same with grey in Tosdarh there we had a Army.
We reacted as soon as we could ask Gurni about yesterday we reached the battle with 1 min. Then a game breaking change that noeone knew about, because someone don't think it is important to tell all HOW strategus works. nahh the 1 hour timelimit for attacker was never in this strategus only defender. but yesterday that changed to, and not a WORD from anyone. We could have lost 4k shiny troops there due to that.
