Not only do you completely miss that UO is WAY different from c-rpg especially when it comes to doing GM/Admin work, you also ONCE AGAIN fail to see the point of this...
You are still not a victim here.
Good way to solve your problems: Become a full time admin.
I am pretty sure if you ask the staff if you can stop playing and just admin the servers there won't be any problems, until you do that stop requesting that other admins do it.

I can only repeat it once more for everyone: If you have a problem with an admin the first thing you should do is get on IRC and talk to him if that fails take it to some other admin.
Dragging it out into the forum EVERY SINGLE TIME causes drama and nothing else.
If you need help on the server and no one is reacting to your in game chat: Get on irc and ask for admin help.

and i not see other needed to go on irc for kick or ban me. so again double standard , is simply convenient for you and other focus on me instead the naked noob with no clan. proof? when i get a ban thread on ban section? view goes from 700 to 1k, any other player if have 100-150 view is much.
that tells a lot about the interest that there is around , other player have admins administrate them i have my personal PACK of admin follow me every time i log , and it happenes in a so not hided way and child way that is obvious to everybody., i can spend hours talking about special rules made only for me, or adapted for the occasion.
some admin are soo much on me, that when they wanna ban me they not do directly that but ask another admin for do that , for "elude" the personal interest or conflict.
and btw you can admin withouth playng is simply that you not wanna, otherwise the weight of the admin cant be used for favour your own clan, or pursue rivals. and 90% will not do that, becouse 90% not do that for the love of the mod or community, but for love of theyr personal internet ego.
And uo gm where pretty similar to the role you have here, so if i get a fucking team of italian doing that, you can do that also. no excuses , or at minimum you should do that admin must be not part of a clan. or how you can even minimally, talk to the community in a superiority way, when your own position is not clear or fair.
how i am supposed to be judged fair if admin is for example templar? or risen? who is clearly 2 clan who have issue with MerC? i need only to pray and hope? sorry but i not believe in this.
you wanna the power, with all the bonuses, withouth the normal badside of such position. and that include Merc admins, who should not ban kick or judge member of clans who are clearly our enemys
