There's enough knights in A Song of Ice and Fire books to still be obscure and not be overly used. 

I guess I didn't care or am not that creative enough to come up with a correct era-themed name.

Saw a dude named Eldest, and Arya, why couldn't they use the name character names out of the books, isntead they named themselves after the title, and some secondary character

My personal favourite is still GOT names. I've seen like 5 Robbs in cRPG. I don't even count the jaime lanisters anymore.



Anyway I think I found a good balance with Kafein. It's short, easy to remember, to spell and to pronounce for most people I play with, and I have yet to find any website/service where it is used by someone else.
