i thought about a new armor pack (use as head armor) Callded many capes

it would increase body armor and maybe a little bit body armor it would be able to make leater capes or fur ones

How about capes, which require 0 str. and give like +1 body armour? different designs and colours would be sick as.

How about dynamic armour/weapons not being supported by the game engine.

Your fancy cape would look like it's made out of cardboard. Ugly as hell.

Yes, sadly. And I think the dev team would have to code another equipement slot to put it over an armor, not very easy I guess.

The way capes were implemented in mods is just glitchy (mainly on horses and while doing any task that requires the movement of your legs...such as walking), and ugly....

I don't mean to derail, but I'd think a cape would add +Charisma (if CHA & INT are ever added)
