I think highlevels suffered enough in the last round due to the fact that it was impossible for them to get chadztext.
I don´t see a reason to benefit the low levels in strategus, is there actually one?

BTW: Possible exploit: A clan decides to retire all lvl 30s at the same time (Hypothetical, i know) and then go to EU5. Due to their number, they would be able to get long runs of multiplicators on the server and if they respec every time they reach lvl 15, they would be able to generate an enormous amount of strat benefits, especially considering troops.

But constant respec has already been...i think fixed to prevent that. stil they'd run out of ticks even if they did do that.

How? You just wrote about tying it to xp. This doesn´t prevent the respec issue. Why would they run out of ticks?

I retired 10 months to get chadz text and for what? All is gone. I could be level 34 maybe 35 by now.
Well I roleplayed gay for long time to get Asca attention as harmless one but it didnt help. I only attracted Tueten, Cicero and Grey Order...

One of the worst ideas I've ever seen, for more than very obvious reasons.
Things don't exist simply because you believe in them, thus sayeth the almighty creature in the sky!

And if I'm correct, you are a high level and would stand to loose on this. If chadztext can screw over high levels and the worst they would do is complain, how could this be worse. You are only really penalized on troop recruitment as there is NOTHING else to use ticks for. It's a very small benefit to active clans who retire often or just continue to play different things over time.

Strat ticks are to there to get gold as well. Thats 10 gold per hour, 240 a day. Doesn't sound much but it's a lot in the long run. If Strat 4 runs a year, thats 87,600 gold those wouldn't get if they don't have strat ticks!

A chance of constant death for high level chars was more humane than this suggestion  :?

Levels should be completely seperate.  Why would character level and strategus ticks be related, especially when teams are primarily mercs anyway?  The game's focused around level 30 builds still, with the recently added ability to play a full gen at level 31 to retire at 32.

Just let everyone have the same production and let people retire and fart around battle server as they please.  If anything, rethink the strength requirement on a lot of items, or change the exp curve to let new characters start with the stats of a level 10, so they can pick up a sword or dress themselves in 2 layers of clothing like any healthy adult human could.

A shot of thrill to hide the pain.
They can`t win, they just don`t cry,
The troopers know they live to die.

First person to actually bother making a respectable post about how to make some balance changes. Love how everyone just wants to have Battle in strat rather than some tactical action on how to play it.
