Chinese Armor Pack. Thank you!

The way I understood it, was that there were some sort of shader that wasn't originally created by the one who made the armor pack. And that's where the tricky stuff began.

But why not replace the shader?

Is there a problem with the creator of the pack? Can't reach him/her for permission?
Would be nice with a status update on this, wether they are working on it or haven't even looked at the request for this yet.
It has been several months and a lot of other things has been made and updated during this time. While this armor pack request has been ignored with silence from the dev team.

Please give a quick status update, don't need to be anything fancy.

The point of this thread is to discuss the possible implementation and the communication of the devs.
I ask that opinions on the armors are put aside, we already have a poll that show a 92% like for these armors, that speaks for itself.
