Yes, Any build from 12/24 to 30/9 is going to be great because the glaive is an awesome weapon which is only recently being noticed. It has always been one of my favorites. I am surprised it took so long for people to try it out... seems to be a fad isolated to EU though.
It all depends on how the person prefers to play. If you want to be a slower but heavier tank.
here is a lighter, but dedicated glaive build [with 2 points in shield for survivability]. Mainly a support character.
It completely depends on play style on what you would like. You have to give me something to work with to create an optimized build.
If you want to use it with a shield as well? Also possible. [only covert two points instead of 8]. You can do a lot of other things while also being a great glaive build.
