vMega, does realistic lightning still make city interiors dark to the point you have to use torches and spells to see whatever jarl or bartender you are talking to ?

Let's put it like this....
My ENB and Realistic Lighting patcher aim for realistic lighting situations.
..but paired with playability.

All possible mistakes etc. are as good as gone ;-)

Vanilla Realistic Lighting might be too dark here and there but with my pack it shouldn't be anymore.

Wait till Wednesday. It will blow.

Has anyone tried Duke Patrick's - Archery And Heavy Weapons Combat? (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3646)

I tried it and it was the best combat mod I've ever tried. It adds speed bonus to attacks and many other things, but, since it uses a lot of scripts and I can't fully understand the installation instructions, I was hoping someone could help me, because every time I attacked someone he dropped dead after 1-2 seconds (script lag).

About visual mods, after trying several, including ENB's and weather mods, I've come to realise that vanilla Skyrim has the best for my taste, as long as you set Radial Blur to high in the launcher options (at first I thought this would be some kind of movement blur, but it's actually HDR/shader/whatever), and with no fps loss.

Skyrim GEMS (http://www.skyrimgems.com/) - this website contains most of the best mods divided in categories (much easier to read than browsing the entire Nexus).

Try HiAlgo for a FPS boost and RCRN :)

Also I definetly prefer ACE over SkyRe.

Very nice thread. Wonder I didnt come across it earlier. I have a shitload of mods running too but honestly... I am too lazy to write them all down. I guess my mod-count is around 80 ^^ Most is gfx but I have some weapon-mods running and few armour stuff too...

Couple of mods to add:

Frostfall - adds hypothermia/cold, and various armors types protect against it with different values. Gives use to wood, and fires.

Imp's More Complex Needs - Adds hunger, thirst, and rest. Options to turn off fast travel, (which I do). Adds much more too, but with options. Saturation, Calories, Sleep, Hunger, Thirst, Protein, Carbs, but you don't have to have it this complicated. For beginners I'd say start with Hunger, Thirst, and Sleep. Which is the most common.

If I were to have this implemented on any of my current characters, they would die of severe hunger, thirst and lack of sleep on the spot.

I think my characters have severe insomnia since they never sleep.
