Shouldnt it be the other way around? Strat is an addition, a game mode to play great Crpg battles, get renown for your clan and get loads of xp. If you need strat rewards to be motivated to play Crpg you are not playing Crpg for fun anymore, and devs made all these changes just to prevent grinding Crpg for strategus purposes.
you got me all wrong there. I wasn't saying give me strat bonus to improve my crpg.
My suggestions would be.
1. The default gear saved and used regularly,
would increase the base for production gear. You wouldn't need to upgrade from -3 upwards but start with
-2 -> -1 = 1 point at 1x loomed item
-1 -> 0 = 1 point
0 -> +1 = 8 points
+1 -> +2 = 16 points
+2 -> +3 = 32 points
-1 -> 0 = 1 point at 2x loomed item
0 -> +1 = 8 points
+1 -> +2 = 16 points
+2 -> +3 = 32 points
0 -> +1 = 8 points at 3x loomed item
+1 -> +2 = 16 points
+2 -> +3 = 32 points
That only counts in the case you would become fief owner and only to the gear you regularly use would be taken into account.
Then the questions for clans isn't only but still be who is active and able to manage a fief, but who also could provide us faster with better gear.
2. Additionally when a fief is raided, the points wont go below the starting values as described above, so they do loose but the fief is not totally useless till you get back enough points to do stuff.
3. The new Titles when you are high level. I believe one of the reasons those were included as well that you gain some additional looms when you retire is a) to reduce the number of maxed out players b) give those who would like to retire but did find it unfair to retire without getting anything after they invested so much time into leveling the opportunity to do so.
So with that all in mind, why not give another carrot and let that have influence to a small amount onto either the amount or quality of the production cycle. I know for myself then i would strongly consider retiring as the Grandmaster title and some looms are just not worth considering after playing nearly 1 year to the level i am now and will need at least another year to get to 36.
Try perhaps also to see it from the RP aspect. Someone who is a Master in his ways, shouldn't he be able to do stuff better?
So i want a small influence of what we accomplished within crpg reaching out to strat, without additional micromanagement ... keep it small simple.
Besides that, i have to agree with Matey, the message system before was utterly unbalanced. We had a player who managed to get up every item he used within 3 generations. Others didn't get that message over several more generations and those who went for max lvl wouldn't get it at all. So that was BS and i am glad hat devs went away from that and also removed the incredably time consuming micro management with crafting, that in my eyes took out the fun out of the game for lots of people.
