Pirates&Fish Mod

As you can see its possible to make sea battles in Mount&Blade Warband

Mount and Musket: Dev Ship control test

Would be great to add this function to Strategus even to cRPG Battles

I could support the Ship models
Some options can be added :

* Few ships to the shop such as : Gokstad ship, Wargalley, Viking snekkja, ManO'War (or Caravela), Knarr, Cog. (no firearms)
* Transportation (if geography is implemented) Like from Yalen to Shariz faster transportation options
* New factions such as Pirates
* Possibility to settle in Islands, New villages or castles on Islands
* Economy : Islands can produce fish and fruits and sell it to the main land.
* Realism : No armors on board. If you fall with an armor, you simply drown but light armored guys can climb up to the ship.
* More maps : Waves, tsunamis, destruction and fun

What do you guys think?

Seems like a great idea
 A new game mode would be quite a refresher for crpg

How many people would be to fight at one time and if their will be much larger ships or even multiple ships at one time
Also it would be even better if they had waves crashing into the boats knocking people off of it

Before it gets mentioned in an inflammatory way I should point out that ships are really anti-cavalry environments.  That said, still I really like the idea.  I'd love to see a few naval maps in battle or Strategus.

I loved the naval battles that i've done in the vikingr mod.
Totally agree 100% for this.
Also, I have declared myself #1 NA hybrid thrower
Formerly known as Marathon.
As an NA admin, I am the most laid back and concerned with the ~fun of the game~ above all other factors. I've also been super inactive since Summer 2012. University takes most of my time, but I still find some time to play when i can.

+1 Naval battles would be really nice. Especially if you can buy your own ships, or just man someone elses ship.

That looks simply amazing. The part about strategus islands/pirates would be pretty epic too. +1
