Can I be effective?

18/18 build. Shielder. 120 wpf in 1h, 120 wpf in polearm, can i be effective in combat?

I don't see any reason why not. I assume you're going for a 1 handed polearm + 1 hander with a shield?

Unless the character is level 2, with a sickle, 0 PS and no armour.

In which case he is a liability.

Yup, war spear and some sort of sword, probaly knightly arming

The usage of any form of long-reach stabbing polearm automatically puts you above 2h heroes in team usefulness.

Except that those 2h heroes have a longer reach stab than a warspear.

If u fight on foot go for 21/18. 7PS is very good for both spear and 1h.
