Got invaded in anor londo on my level 30 something character, was trying to summon people but failed. So i was like 'shiiit'. But he didnt attack me, instead he followed me through the castle and then suicided (dunno if it was an accident just saw him fall to his death).. sad to see him go in such a manner but maybe it was for the best... dick wraiths arent always dick wraiths..

You solo'd smough & co?

Yes x)

As a result I killed Smough first and didn't get some important armor set

I remember there's a large ember in a big tomb with a half dozen big skeletons guarding it not very far from where you go when you want to go up to Pinwheel (Pinwheel ) that one is such a bitch to get with all those mobs

Didn't you say earlier in this thread that you used a trainer / save state, on your play through?

I did all the bosses solo, granted Ornstein and Smough took me about a half dozen tries. Then the DLC bosses were a bitch, especially that Dragon because I wanted his tail, I must've failed on that boss about ~15 times before I got it right.
And how!

good point. certainly saved me hours of pointless tedium when I am attempting a boss 10+ times. and yet didnt make the game less challenging ;). was only one area i used save backup to make easier was that one where I kept falling off and was going ot rage quit otherwise.

duno what a trainer is tho, maybe I forgot. doesnt sound like something I used.
