My hat goes off to those who can successfully duel with the greataxe or the demon's greataxe, though I have to say; people tend to die if I hit them with my +15 demon's greataxe.

!!! good to see someone who also likes Dueling with Greataxes :D i got my Greataxe Lighting + 15 its a beast

In the Chasm of the Abyss you can save Sif behind a fake wall, then use him to fight Manus. After doing that and the going to fight Sif you get a different cutscene ^^

You still have to kill him in the Darkroot Garden at some point, though... At least, as far as we know so far.

Try New londo or Duke's archives.

Thinking about making a second character now, capping at lvl 100 probably to PvP in the new arena. Im thinking about either using a greataxe like you guys spoke of, or maybe use the new staff you get from Manus.. I mean that staff looks ridiculously awesome, and i just love the boss too *_* Which should i go for? what do you guys think, or is there any other weapon i should try out? Is the Golem axe any good?

Manus Catalyst? If you do that, I recommend you play through NG+ so you can get the catalyst AND the Pursuers Dark Magic. It's a deadly combo.

Finally found that PvP arena.. Nice to get matches every minute instead of every 10  8-)

Also, dem americans be mad. Got invaded, I bowed and he took over half my hp away while I was doing it. I thought bowing before a fight was the "thing" to do, but..  Kicked his ass with half hp, then he invaded again, and instantly teleported out;

Just got my Artorias Armor, anyone got any recommendations on which shield I should start using? I feel as if the Grass Crest Shield isn't cutting it for blocking attacks anymore.

I'm a dex build at the moment with 30 dex and 16 str.

My current Dex build uses Crest Shield, Dragon Crest Shield and the Heater Shield. I only ever use the Grass Crest if I only intend to have it on my back for the Stamina regen bonus while 2h'ing my Baller Swag Sword.

Dunno why, but I've used the grass crest shield on all my chars. usally get it up to +10 pretty early, takes mostly titan shards to upgrade + stamina regen  :D
