Just bought the game today, got on it, made my character. picked up the key at the beginning and exited off. Went out to buy a new ps3 controller (other old 2 are broken) and while i was at it, bought the cord i needed to hook up TV as my monitor. gonna have a very fun night tonight(:

Buy the cheapest one you can get (needs to have analog sticks). Download x360ce and enjoy the game.

Or buy some Logitech/Saitek joypad for 30 euros.

But don't try to play with mouse.

Motionjoy / DS3, if you got ps3 or xbow controller, no need to download any program just for xbox, DS3 enables both ps3, ps2, and xbow360. Remember to put the option to xbox360 for DS though.

Still Gwyn, but artorias is a looot harder to beat. All the new bosses are optional.

x360ce turns ANY gamepad into X360 gamepad.

If he's going to buy console gamepad, I would recommend X360 gamepad. DS3 isn't better than those chinese gamepads sold for 5 euro.

Playstation 3 is shitty console. A friend of mine had to replace laser on it three times in two years. He gave up and bought a new PC. Xbox 360 used to have issues like that in the past but currently it's way better choice for many reason.

Hopefully these guys (FROM software) will more than one million copies. That way they'll realise their mistake giving us shitty port and maybe even start developing games mainly for PC.

From what I've heard they haven't sold many copies on consoles (less than one mil copies for each game in the series).

Download motionjoy, download the drivers on motionjoy, select xbox controller and it will emulate that, hit enable and you're done. You don't have to change any of the buttons.

yeah i followed all the instructions in the video and everything and the guide on the site aswell. but when i hit enable, nothing happens.

Good, glad yah got it working, if you got questions you can just ask. I've posted my steam up above, I'm not the best at Dark Souls but I've learnt a lot. My Soul Level is 58 at the moment.
