Since I'm the only one with booth, I could sell items for other people but I'm pretty sure that's exploiting, right?

It's ok. 60k was really a bargain, i thought there would be a much higher demand (=higher price) for them. Maybe the next one goes for more, otherwise i'll try to become a merchant myself. 60k and all taxes covered sounds like a great deal.

Doesn't that get skewed by people doing deals including loom points, so for eg +3 traded for 1 loom point plus 658k, so about 1.2mil in that case

It says that it only counts transactions made with money for heirlooms only. They always could have neglected that.

It takes loom points sold for gold into account.

I've sold 3 loom points for 1.575.000 gold and two +3 items for around 1.1 mil gold each.
