I think it works like this:

You sell/offer ALOT of things. The cap is 25 offers. Buy out a booth for 14 days to receive more offers.
Thumbs down then, I think you'd need to be crazy to pay about 100k (we'll see how this auction will end) to get more offers avaible for 14 days 

(of course, people may do, but it's only their bad ideas to request alot of different things for one loom)
