so,I thought it would be very neat to have duel wielding. I know it would take some work to make, but, it would be Awesome right.
and for things that can't block and you have two, they can block. So what do you think?

First of all: it has been suggested 1000000000000 times before and will hopefully never be implemented.

Just start duels while having a weapon in your hands and you have your duel wielding.

A far better idea is to have 1h swashbuckler have ability to carry a torch in the other hand for style purposes and just keep the block animations the same with a torch in the off hand :)
My horse is named pebbles and we like to try.

Only if the second thing being wielded was a 0 slot weapon, and only then, it's for Parrying, or quick, low damaged attack that induces staggering, allowing for a follow up hit with your ACTUAL weapon. I want a use for my +3 Dagger, besides for the lawls or as a Dagger wielding shielder!

left hand dagger, shield with spike(dunno English correct word), rapier, etc

Unrealistic, even for cRPG.

Actually "dual wielding" is realistic back in the renaissance era duelist and swords men would use a dagger side arm to help parry attacks and to get hits in at a closer range. If you want to complain about realism the talk to chadz about how you can load a crossbow on horseback well running down 7 guys. In all reality though I don't want dual wielding in the game. Besides how would you code it in? :?
Have you seen my bodkin?

They would dual wield in duels not on the battlefields.

Also Cranequin for the crossbow, would need models and animation to be done properly.

What unrealistic is mostly how plate armor doesn't protect from pretty much anything except polearm stabs, bec de corbin, half swording and all the other pierce/blunt 2 handers (except the practise longsword!)
