We use that money to purchase our banner slot every couple months.
It usually runs around $150-170k gold these days.

I use my own gold to win the auction and then partially pay myself back from the clan bank.

I advise everyone to store as much of their assets as possible in the form of heirloom points, which sell for around 400k right now. Whenever new items are added, the value of heirloom points briefly spikes, so you can sell them to capitalize on that. And I have a feeling a lot of new armors will be added soon.

The armory can be a decent way to fund the bank too, but everyone has to keep their heirlooms in the armory whenever they aren't playing, and one of the high-ranked officers has to diligently set the daily fee up from the default of 1g to ~1000 gold. I'd pay 1000 gold a day to use Oda's Side Sword or Elindor's 2h Sword (on a STF of course).

We also need to banner stack on low-pop siege more often. That's a 5x gravy train. ~8 people on 5x earn 150k in less than 2 hours.

Made it 800 g for now...that should help some.  I will put my sword in the armory - 2h scrub

but here's my question what class would be better if im experiencing frequent  ping spikes?

ranged (prob xbow)

or str build polearms using like a great long bardiche ?

i also could stick with 1h/shield but i feel like i die easy enough as it is

Wanted to let you know I'm still here! School's been crazy busy, and it's been difficult fitting in some time to jump in on TS around work with y'.
