Don't ever trade that bad boy; Grosse is probably the best 1h weapon. I only traded mine because of stupid vanity reasons (+3 AGS has a sweet black scabbard with Final Boss' heirloom pack, and Grosse has no scabbard). I might borrow it every now and then when I have the urge to look like a pirate though.

Ok guys I have the option to trade my +3 LS for a +3 Two Handed Sword.
Thoughts?

I've often wanted a bit more reach, would go from 106 to 110 (and I like the way the Two Handed sword is held in both hands rather than the LS in one hand when at rest).
The damage is a trade off, 1 more swing but one less on the stab.
The speed would go from 100 to 97.

Worth it?
I guess for one thing, using the Two Handed sword would remove me from the "LS SCURBS" category   But i'd still be in the infamous "2H HERO my old friend SCRUBS" category of course.

Mazrim is such a beast with his 2H Sword, so I'm sure it'll suit you also. Just keep that bad boy in the Armoury when you aren't playing; I'd like to play a 2h alt sometime.

He also doesn't wear a helmet, so everyone is one lucky kick away from 1-shotting him. And he's much better now than he used to be; I remember dueling him repeatedly like a year ago and usually winning. Last time we met on siege, I was just a bug on his windshield.

Do you use Final Boss' heirloom textures? 2h Sword has a nice texture at +3:

1. Check "repair" on the launcher, run that (this gives you a "clean slate", fixing any corrupted files or whatever). Then close the game.

2. Download this file:

3. Unrar and run the file

4. Navigate to your cRPG folder when prompted (within the Steam directory if you bought Warband through Steam)

5. Make sure "repair" is NOT check the next time you run launcher

That should do it.

Try the Soldier's cleaver I found it to be nice a long time ago. If you are thinking about one of the iron axes get the battle axe.

I used a +3 Military cleaver for a few gens, and a +3  Military Hammer for even more gens (plays similar to the Iberian), and I briefly owned a +3 Iron War Axe. My thoughts:
-Military Cleaver: Brutally effective in cluster fvcks, but looks like a piece of scrap metal, is too slow to be effective against pro blockers/ninja types, and is boring (no thrust, knockdown, bonus vs. shield, etc).
-Iberian/Mil hammer: Knockdown is pretty ridiculous, and gives you so many free kills (especially if you get skilled at kicking guys that are knocked down after you hit them a second time; 3 hits in a row without even having to block!). Very crappy against ninja types and other fast guys.
-Iron War axe-something is off with this weapon, just has a weird animation or something. I did very poorly with it. Broad 1h Axe is waaaay better.

Personally, I think you should get a +3 Spathovaklion (totally OP with its 99 speed), but an Iberian or Winged Mace would be an OK alternative. My axe/sword are in the armoury unless I'm playing (which is only a few nights a week), so it would be pretty redundant for you to get an axe or traditional sword. 

EDIT: Aren't you a hoplite now? If so, maybe you should trade your Grosse for a spear/lance/fork/whatever? Then just use an armory item for your 1h; spear+broad axe has you covered for most situations.
