can anyone tell me if that series Doctor Who (2005) is any good?
Was that the Christopher Ecclestone (?) one..? I don't remember but I think he restarted the programme off... I don't remember anything before that.
Matt Smith (I believe he's called) & David Tennant are better in my opinion. Chris was more dark, Tennant was silly and then he'd slap you in the face with the "I have committed genocide several times sadfacestareofsadnessIalsoregreteverything" which works quite well. Matt is more "Everything is fun!" and really characterises on being more childish. He does brood far too much about his companions, whether or not to let them get on with their lives or keep dragging them around.
However, looking foward to the Weeping Angels again, those are about the only thing that is unnerving these days... Certainly my favourite episode was when they were first introduced. It's something about being forced to look directly at your attacker, knowing that the moment you blink, it's all over. Much like Slender man, always behind, you can't turn out to find out because he'll get you. One has the "you know it's there, and that's a bad thing, you can't do anything now, it's too late" and the other has "You don't know it's there, but you can't find out in case it is, then it's too late".
Anyway, I managed to ramble with text, so I have achieved procrastination for today.
