Since it wasn't me who banned you, I can't do anything about it but I would like to help explain the situation a little better for those who weren't there.
RUN_LIKE_A_FRENCH, AKA Danneh was screaming continually, he would hit the 5 times shout limit, wait until it was over, and shout again. Then, the teamkills started to roll in, all of which were intentional, so, the warnings came out. Danneh and myself were placed on opposite teams, so I couldn't hear the screaming, but apparently he continued, to which someone teamkilled, and per my warnings, was banned for 5 hours.
A little later on, once he appeared to stop, he joined my teamspeak channel and proceeded to complain that despite stopping, he was still getting attacked by allies, then sure enough, Fallen_Mirarly (Spelling?) ignorantly killed him. (I don't believe he was in the server when I warned everyone.)
Shortly after clearing that crap up, I left after telling Danneh verbally on teamspeak that if I find out he continued, I'd ban him. (It appears that it has, but it's unclear as to whether or not he continued to scream, or the OP killed him for his previous spam.)
At the end of all this, intentional teamkilling is not allowed and you broke the rules SoE_Reylin. In my eyes the ban is deserved given the fact that you were there when my warnings were given. Never assume there isn't an admin, or someone willing to report you on the server when you do something stupid.
I will await Khrel to tell me whether or not he believed Danneh to be screaming still, before I make a decision on banning him. I would say it falls under griefing due to the fact that he knew it was pissing people off, especially since he complained about being teamkilled all the time.
