solution, use the current 'M' report 5 reports = kick system, make it so that if you team attack 3 times it automatically gives you a 30 minute ban.

Once the regular team attackers have taken a few 30 minute bans i'd bet that they'll be a lot more considerate when making their moves.

The best melee players are those who learn to use their team mates as an advantage. You have a friendly archer? move sideways or backpedal so the archer takes a clean shot and you take profit of the stun.
