Do you play with DX7?

Can easily play high dx9 but going on dx7 for better performance.

It's just like in one of the earlier need for speeds  .
In the beginning you can either choose a ugly looking car which has better stats, or go for a shiny one that sucks more than the ugly looking one.

dx7 with all low details only textures r at 50, particle system is unticked like other shits.
my fps is still from 25-35 with 70 players maximum....everything above that number of players my fps drops lower than 20....

I can't keep DX7, because that would imply it's already there in the first place.
While that might be the case in Warband, adjusting it to work with the new client/WSE would mean rewriting pretty much all of it.

You're obviously kidding, but apparently you see less with the DX7 fog.

My laptop will run warband in dx9 just fine. However CRPG is unplayable in dx9 even with all graphics set to minimum. In dx7 I can turn everything up even shadows and still get 60 fps most of the time.

I prefer DX9 all along, it does not suppose a significant performance loss when it comes to crpg maps (on average). However for mods like Persistant World, it's either DX7 or get ganged.
