[Version 2.0] Alternative Clan Banner Pack

i like the idea of this banner pack as there were a lot of ugly and poor quality banners, but its still got plenty of weird choices like :
wolf pack mercenaries, teutonic order, royal knights, d'haran legions, dawn of dread, the kingsguard, phoenix company

Wolf pack is a simple wolfs head on normal background, don't see anything wrong there.
Teutonic Order uses a historical insignia of the Order (check this guy: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/29/Hermann_von_Salza_Painting.jpg )
Royal Knights is borderline, but kept "simple" (means, no comic, even the plant-thingies on the cross look bannerlike)
D'Hara is a "helmet/face" abstraction on a red background, maybe too "detailed", but that gets lost ingame anyways, and there it doesn't look out of place.
Dawn of dread, I agree, it has this strange "mosaic" texture
Kingsguard, pefectly fine in my eyes. A simplistic thingy on a simplistic background.
Phoenix company, borderline as the bird is pretty detailed, yet kept simple enough trough the use of few colours.

I'll talk to Arked, I believe you guys were using this slot but for some reason it was still marked as the Tsardom slot.

I checked and even on AdNecrias' banner pack (version 0.52) that slot is used by the Eastern Tsardom. We cannot replace it so if you would like have your banner on our pack please request a different slot.

The german cross was used by the teutonic order and is not a chocolate chip cookie symbol nor it is banned in germany to be shown in the public like the cute puppy.

wolf's is very stencil looking like so its kind of modern no ?
teutons look like the cross is pasted from some picture, digital one would be better imo
d'hara looking very very modern, fps shooter stylle with aspiration to give 3d look but as it was made symmetrical so highlights effect dont work
kingsguard, overall yeah but this thing inside is hard to identify it looks like some kind of lizard or something ;]

but i suppose its a matter of subjective opinion on whats good looking and whats not ;]

anyways i just accidentally noticed that banner and tought it was quite a coincindence. You all jumped up defending it. i just said its a clear chocolate chip cookie REFFERENCE nothing more, besides i dont have a problem with it and i am not the one making a "mature" banner pack, just finding it curious pandas and hearts seem to be a thorn in the eye and not this. Just saying nobody even mentioned this as offensive.

p.s. Dr. Martens are just another boot rite, but slap some white laces on it and a fred Perry shirt it quite changes the perspective yes? its all about the kontekst, if a guy with some chocolate chip cookie refferences wants this wrongly exploited simbol as his banner ye i guess it is chocolate chip cookie. otherwise no.
