Arkeds Bannerpack is for those people who like to see no-airbrush-banners. and banners that look very "raw". It is said, that Arked spys on Kalams thread and picks the banners he wants to use in his pack from there, so usually you don't need to apply here, except you want a different banner here than in Kalams Pack.
And in Niemand's Bannerpack there will only be Banners made by Niemand.
But I need to get my ass up for that. :O
