After the fall of the Eastern Tsardom, the White Company rose from her ashes.

So they have no further use of the banner slot A-2-5, hereby i am claiming it for the Holy Roman Empire.

I've just posted the Holy Roman Empire banner in Kalams bannerthread. i'd be glad, if you could update this one as well.
As Eastern Tsardom have disbanded and their banner isn't in use anymore, this one is for slot A-2-5 to replace their one.
