Surprised I got as many minuses as I did for my comment about Samurai Warriors being superior.

I recognize that gunpowder > skill of a samurai. No one is arguing that.

In fact perhaps part of the reason why Samurai were the best swordsmen in my opinion is their isolation which was inevitably their downfall.

Not to mention that the chain gun vs. samurai thing was kind of inaccurate. Samurai had guns, although I believe they were just muskets.

My minus has nothing to do with gunpowder. It was simply because a well armed and armoured knight who had been training since they were very young would almost certainly live up to the quality of Katana wielding swordsmen. They are simply completely different styles though and shouldn't be compared.

I honestly don't understand where all that katana hate comes from. I don't see many katanas on EU1, since majority of 2h goes for the longest possible greatsword. Although I don't understand why the stab is so low. For example compared to heavy bastard sword, the swing damage is just 1 point higher, but stab 8 points lower. It wouldn't matter otherwise but it gets your weapon stunned way too often. And since katana is almost 2x more expensive than HB, those stats seem a bit weird.

must be contrary, i'm not sure that guys with flamberge etc have huge penises irl. however, using dagger in c-rpg requires at least 3 balls

Yeh basically anyone who crutches on length in-game (2h GS hero etc) OR range (which counts as length too) has a tiny cock irl
