Mission Statement

The original concept when creating the group "The Hoplites", was that it would be based heavily upon team work & brotherhood. Bringing together people of all ages who want to work together to achieve common goals; Play with your bretheren, win, and have a damn good time doing so.

HASTAE - SPEARMEN

You are the basis of the whole unit - Heavily armored & the bravery to hold the line. Provide medium range support to Xiphons and finish off enemies with a decisive strike.

XIPHOS - SWORDSMAN

You are a spearmen until enemies draw too close to the unit for spears to be useful... That is when your sword can make the difference of the survival of yourself and the men around or the death of the whole unit - Medium armored with the manueverability to get in close where a spear couldn't.
-Skutatos Chest Armour or Katafraktoi Armour

PELTARION - SKIRMISHER

Keeping the line held with Spear and Shield, and unleashing death from afar - Lightly armored spearmen with amazing manueverability and deadly javelins for when closing the distance is necessary.

We try our best out there to have fun and be a force to recon with. Unfortunately, alot of people have tested our patience in chat, but we just let them talk and make themselves look like fools. Hope to see everyone out there, and good luck to all.

We have standardized gear requirements & looks. We have one person who doesnt have the required look due to him not having the cash to replace his items yet. Reserve this? Explain? Also, what mods? I don't understand most of anything you are speaking of. Sorry for the mis-communication/mis-understanding.
