It's hard to be an admin on a site, especially when you do it for free. These people want to play the game they love, otherwise they wouldn't be here, they want to feel like everyone else and join clans, have friends, and have enemies. Thats why if people are acting like jerks you take a screen shot and post it on the ban area. They knew they were not going to be on all the time so they made an area to let people air their issues and they can fix it when they visit the site. They have polls but people are too trolly to use them properly and will kick everyone, themselves, and try to ban people who are good because they are good.
But I see where this is coming from I see very few admins ever on and fewer actually watching the game. Maybe they should have a requirement that they be on a certain number of hours, not many because they do have jobs, school, and lives. And if they can visit more then FANTASTIC but at least a minimum just to make them having their title worth it.
