No, I am not trying to sell/advertise anything at the end, only want to share my experiences.
Now that I made it clear, let's get to the point.
Last Winter, at around January/February, I decided that I am just way too overweight, and I'll have to change it as soon as possible.
I am not really a tall guy, about 170 centimeters tall, quite normal I'd say.
Now, My weight was 103 kilos. You could expect how living like that feels. You suck at everything, stuff like that.
I remembered how much I used to run like.. five years ago. I did 3 km runs without stopping, and I wanted to do the same again. It was so demoralizing to see that I couldn't run/jog for more than 30 seconds without almost dropping.
So, I started pushing it until I could, I set up smaller distances for quick sprinting, and progress was slowly made.
I decided to do it like in Stronghold; Half Rations. 50% smaller plates. It had it's effect later; I am full with WAY less food right now,
if I'd try to eat my older sized meals, I.. just couldn't do it, haha
So right now in June, after semi-serious training and stuff, I am 88 kilos, that means.. 15 kg lost already! I can wear more clothes, and I'm already way more confident.
But there is still a ton of work to do, the ideal weight I'm aiming for is something like from 75-80. Getting that would be time consuming, but I'm in the right way.
Question is, does anyone of you have similar problems, or got around and got back in track again? Don't be ashamed.
You only need your own will, I don't trust trying to get it like all systematical at first, that will come with it later.
Okay, thanks for reading.
