And thats why I chose Horsearcher.
I dont even have a melee weapon, so if I ever end up in a banwave I know something went terribly wrong :D

Might sound stupid for some but I actually trust the staff doing the right thing here. It's in their own interest too

Oddly enough, an NA player was banned in the first ban wave who didnt use a melee weapon...

Well I don't think anyone's trying to be an ITG.

If the autoblocker actually worked properly and people only used it for a couple hours or days, then admitted to it and apologized, then I could see giving them a second chance.  Most of the people posting said under their own admissions, that the only reason they used it for such a short period of time was because the autoblocker didn't work, not because they felt guilty, or it was wrong, or that they didn't want to get caught.

The way detection works, the autoblocker has to work to be reported.

So, just having the autoblocker.exe on the computer wouldnt make people joining the ban list? I mean there are games that spy for software on the pc and probably directly just ban for their appearance, and not neccessarily usage. ^^

No, we don't spy your processes. It's a flawed, easily bypassable method.

Since macros work using application that's separate from warband, I think you need to decide which ones do we permaban.

I play "vanilla" crpg...whynot? It rules hard, Ive tried the carker calradia mod or w/e it is called, for richer colours, and the more metal sounds, and FinalBoss's stuff, heraldry pack, but always end up using vanilla. But anyway:

I downloaded that stuff and replaced ingame files with those mods, and with bannerpack, do I get a free Kulin_BAN?

No seriously now, theres no deciding, 3rd party software of any kind should probs be banned, gone for good. Texture changes in game, to gain advantage, are harder to detect I imagine....

Ever think you see movement in the corner of your eye but when you look nothing is there?

Yeah, that's how they detect autoblock

Honestly MrShine, I searched for tracer arrow mod couldn't find it - or the other one that was up for a bit.

Final Boss' loom pack makes all weapons somewhat easier to see in DX7.

I don't use it, but I thought Zambi or Bagge or some EU archer that is good used them in screenshots.  The arrows looked like tie dye dildos.. I coulda sworn it was something on taleworlds.

oh well.

someone put up a post recently (maybe in beginner section) that explained how to get the native arrow textures instead of crpg (apparently they're easier to see).
