Pandemic 2 is a pretty great flash game, killed a bunch of downtime with it lately. Excellent mix of timing and strategy involved.
Managed to eradicate everyone on the second try (realistic), started in Eastern Europe with a parasite, Madagascar got infected somewhere in the middle. The whole game took a while though before the last infected died. The key is really to stay under the radar, don't be too aggressive at first and learn which symptoms goes well together, for example fever + pulmonary edema is a cheap killer.
