Probably just not liking the topic of them. If I would have to choose I wouldn't add them as I won't use those anyway. But I do not really care. If others want to use them, why not. Go ahead and add them!!!!111

Im a nut for realism. The topic says saracen armor, and saracens had tunics over everything else.

Nothing too big, I dont mind new armor, just misconceptions.

I completely agree with you. I love seeing new items, but not when they're just retextures or mixtures of different existing models, like some of the last armours that were added (although the Sipahi Yawshan and those with a cape are beautiful).

I do. if the arabs would stand a chance against the western world. they would always have to outnumber their enemy. might be 1 or 2 times they won with lesser numbers. but yeah. running around with dresses and sticks will always be hard when you face people with plate armors.

This isnt about realism or we wouldnt even play this game since it's complete bullshit when it comes to reality...
This is about a lack of Arabian-styled armors in the mod. And since Panös already asked permission for the usage of this stuff, there just is no reason to not implement them... even if it's just for some new looks on the server.
For example just replace all those stupid dresses you can buy and wear but nobody does or even bothers with. One peasant dress, one noble dress and the wedding dress - kick the rest and replace it... there is a lot of space if the stuff which no-one is using would be removed.

Apart from other blunders in this post, it's worth noting that plate armor only started surfacing in the 14th century and later.
