well, i'm trying my hardest to take over this nations cup, i've added the various leaders to steam etc etc etc, the only thing stopping me so far is that i can't even contact cmp or chadz (despite trying) to set up a temporary sub-forum for the cup within the events thread !

No need to ask chadz or cmp, just contact a forum moderator.

i contacted meow and okin, they both told me to contact cmp and chadz, i tried to contact cmp and chadz about 20 times so far, they both ignore me every time. this is the only thing holding nations cup back atm ... if someone manages to contact them ever pls say to them ..

yeah, merging teams is allowed. I'm not the race police though.

i would suggest to form baltic team but i dont think there is enough baltic people  i know like 5 at max
