I think it's mostly a hate for Hospitallers, strengthened by the hypocrisy of their new anti-UIF rhetoric in light of their past actions.

It's kind of hard to call on your countrymen to fight off the Russians after gleefully helping said Russians stomp them into the ground a month or two back.
