I don't know what's the best polearm build. Is it better to have more strengh ore more agility?
Here are two examples (one by me and one from the 'solid builds' topic)

    Strength: 18
    Agility: 21
    Hit points: 65

    Skills to attributes: 8

    Ironflesh: 6
    Power Strike: 6
    Shield: 0
    Athletics: 7
    Riding: 0
    Horse Archery: 0
    Power Draw: 0
    Power Throw: 0
    Weapon Master: 4

    One Handed: 6
    Two Handed: 1
    Polearm: 140
    Archery: 1
    Crossbow: 1
    Throwing: 1
-------------------------------------
 Strength: 18
 Agility: 21
 Hit points: 57

     Skills to attributes: 8

    Ironflesh: 2
    Power Strike: 6
    Shield: 1
    Athletics: 7
    Riding: 0
    Horse Archery: 0
    Power Draw: 0
    Power Throw: 0
    Weapon Master: 7

    One Handed: 1
    Two Handed: 1
    Polearm: 164
    Archery: 1
    Crossbow: 1
    Throwing: 1

is weaponmaster so important?
What do you think about strengh builds?

thanks for the answers

Always maximize your power strike and athletics, these two are your most important skills you got on foot.

The differences between 21/18 and 18/21 builds are very minimal. But it is a very solid build which fits well for most of the players. With time and train you can get to known which build is more suitable for your playing style, strenght, agile or balanced and the variables. They all got their advantages and weapons that fit with them (most of the people forgets, that the weapon which fits with the build is half the build).

To the two builds you posted here. I would go for the first one, the difference between 140 and 164 wpf is very low, but the difference between 4 iron flesh may get you survive one another hit.
Also with 7 athletics you can use long spear/pike very effectively or a big damage dealer weapon like awlpike or 4 hitting direction weapons like glaive & poleaxes.

Another thing, get a proper gear in use like armors with 40-50 body armor (i do use a 45 body armor most of the time).

Even though I posted the second build, I would use the first one.
The build metagame shifted slightly over the last year (when I made the solid build thread initially), and WM >3 is now seen as worthless for a single melee style by a large group of players now.
It wasn't the same back then, everyone with a balanced or agi-based build wanted to stack WM.
That 18/21 was the cookie-cutter build of a year ago. The only difference is a few more IF and less WM.
I would still make one change to your top build.
Take a point from WM and put it in shield. Carrying an old kite/board shield on my back has saved my characters from countless arrows when suddenly being shot at by a bunch of archers.
And has let me gain distance on quite a few archers and kill them.

Also, I have declared myself #1 NA hybrid thrower
Formerly known as Marathon.
As an NA admin, I am the most laid back and concerned with the ~fun of the game~ above all other factors. I've also been super inactive since Summer 2012. University takes most of my time, but I still find some time to play when i can.

I've tried quite a few polearm builds, and I find 18-21 with 3 IF, 6 PS, 7 ATH, 7 WM, is my personal favorite. It serves me well and I can often top scoreboards with it. But keep in mind I do use a bec, so powerstrike is not as essential for me.  This is my opinion after quite a few gens of polearm.
I'm rock, nerf paper, scissors is fine. Welcome to c-RPG.
