Maybe you are an American so you cant read cose I wrote there that I have a Turban, leather gloves, nomad armor and nomad shoes. So I dont have a heavy armor, I dont have shield, and I have only desert horse so its not one of the best horses. And still I dont have money for repairs... And useless cavalary??? you are new here or you play only siege mod? Cose I play mainly battles on open fields and in most cases victory depends on number of horsemans in team. Hey and I posted here becose I wanted  hear  from others some sort of ideas or I wanted know if is possible lower that prices for repairs. But everytime and on every forum I find only idiots like you/HA

Like any expensive thing since the patch. The price of lances is not in buying them. It's in upkeep.

It still sucks. The new poll will of course indicate a different result since a few of the anti-upkeep voters decided to leave the game.

I think upkeep should be increased, especially for the plate gear.

People are accumulating alot of money now and there's and increase of people in full plate with plated chargers. 

There's some guys that every time I see them they have black armour or a plated charger.

2 stacks of those, 2 of stones, a sturdy robe and a leather cap. Best build there is. Good luck however you use them, they're fun but a danger to enemies, teammates and self.

I actually like dressing in a lowbie chest armor and a straw hat once in a while to recover my wealth. Makes those athletic skill points really stand out.

There's not a problem if you do what you like to have most fun in the game. The problem is when you are forced to do stuff you don't like to eventually have fun later.

For the past 2 days my repair bill has been outrageous.  I don't even wear or use nice items - my best is a long sword espana - some heavy throwing axes and huscarl shield.  But regardless of what happens in the battle, I always have about half my items break.  Regardless of win, lose, live, or die.

I would have to estimate that 1 in 20 rounds I have no repair bills.

At this rate I have to grind away naked for about 3 hours in order to play for about 30 minutes of battle in my mid gear(less than 30k total) - to me grinding is the most god awful pain in the ass thing you can put in a game, but here it is - you have to grind or get 5x to use your mid-level gear.

Perhaps this is because I am using a thrower first time?  I pick up my axes all the time and re-throw them, perhaps that is counting against my total equip used?

All I know is that the repair thing is totally overpowered now and it is ruining the game -

At least put in a REPAIR skill or something...

I use like 25-30k of equipment on all of my characters, sometimes more, I earn plenty of gold and I still am able to kill alot of people. Some players need to learn not to rely on equipment like a crutch, 25-30k worth of equipment is plenty and on average you will end up earning alot of gold, even if you lose some at points.
