Bolts   -1/0   Repair for 32 Gold

Whet is the chance of item being damaged ? Come on in every game that my team lose I got something damaged. Since last repair I lost 4 times. 4 damn times and I received 6 damaged items. I feel like the most lucky guy ever.

I'd rather focus on the combat, not on trying to save armor and make the game less intense.

It costed me like 3000 to repair my gear in one round...

I was wearing a kettle helmet, black lamellar armor, splinted boots with spurs, and a bar mace.  I won 3 rounds after that and still didn't make my money back.  Just remove it and focus more on combat.

Holy shit, you guys have no patience, jumping to conclusions after 3 rounds.

I'm all my stuff is worth around 20k in total and I'm doing absolutely fine, I even have extra gold.

The only conclusion is that you can in every lost battle get damage that will cost you around 1k gold to repair.

How many rounds you have to play to earn that. Yes you can for some lucky thing get into wining team for >9000 times, and get milions, but you can also be in loosing team, and destroy your whole EQ.

After playing for ~4-5 hours, upkeep is fine and allows you to be decently equipped. Sure, it could be less random and more predictable... but the numbers are good, and you can - provided you have a gold buffer to sort out a string of random events - use circa 20k of gear without issues.

Ok well take whats happened to me for example, when i could afford Tourney armor, i bought it, that was the last piece of armor i bought until now, i saved and saved and saved to buy black, i bought it right before the patch, thus rendering me flat broke. never did i imagine the patch was finally gunna happen. so 3 rounds into the new patch, black armor done. i cant afford to fix it, nor do i think ill ever use it again because of that. unless your on a winning team, you dont get enough gold to fix y0 shit. so now im back to wearing the tourney and being pissed i dumped so much gold into armor, that i thoughtt id never have to buy some new of again. other than this i think the patch is an incredible success.

To do this you need to wipe all chars to lvl 1.

Some people have over 100k gold form time before patch. Start everything all over again, and then every thing will be based on skills.

Still I agree with you. Patch buffed already overpowered cavalry.


As for the repair/upkeep imho it should be constant x% of every items' value regardless of win or loss. Or what, my sword magicly sharpened itself because my side won the battle? The random system just sucks - first you'll go 3~4 rounds on losing side without repair costs and next loss you'll get 5~10k repair bill.

Yea, Im done with CRPG until they fix the god damn repair costs and until i stop crashing every time i join a game...I've been trying to fix it the last 2 days and shit all is working for me.
