New Bow: Recurved Composite Bow

Yes!  I have been waiting for this bow as a HA 5 Horse Archer.  I currently use the Khergit with Long Iron Mace (Persian/Ottoman).  If it could be like the Long Bow on horseback, I would love it with HA 5 stats.

OK now.. I read all the comments for this bow and worked on it a little more..i changed some of the stats and compared to top tier bows in the game..
PD requirement is 5.. THIS BOW IS FOR HORSE ARCHERS than for archers..(historically accurate and game balanced)
Speed Rating is 48..and it is the lowest firing rate bow in the game now with long bow..(game balanced)
Shoot speed is 56 .. if you watched the video and read the articles about this bow you will understand..It shoots arrows fastest in the game.
Dmg is optimal with Long bow
accuracy is 95..not good as warbow and strong bow
gold..the most expensive one like sniper xbow

In past posts i saw your point of view and thought about it.. i put this informations on my table and tried to simulate in my mind.. so at this point everybow has its place more or less.. need more ideas to fully balance it without losing its originality

Also 48 speed would render it unusable like the longbow (release flaw). You need 50+ (I have found) to get rid of it but also for a PD5 bow, I think that the damage should be reduced to 25...

(I'm an archer myself, I don't think there is a need for a new bow although it would be nice to have the extra choice. Also I am waiting for the longbow to be buffered to a speed that doesn't bug the release! )

I read all the messages and try to answer them in my way..
This bow is an elite bow..It is the slowest but you will have a very good punch to anybody..also you can use this on horse.. if you are an infantry than you can choose a warbow-long bow or rec. comp. bow to your choice..if you are a cavalry you will go for fast but mid punching khergit bow or slow but good punching rec. comp. bow..

After all you need some serious prequisites to use this weapon..

-High level

-Skills

-Experience of horse archery or infantry archery

-Lots of gold..( Horse + Armor + rec. comp. bow + melee w + arrows) the upkeep will surely suck your blood..which means you wont be able to use rec. comp. bow for a very long time period - if you are not so rich .


1h Melee combatants have their SIDE SWORD..

Cavs have their HEAVY HORSES and LANCES

2h Melee combatants have their GREAT GERMAN SWORD

Polearm guys have their... fuck they have everything..!

Arhcers have their strong bow but not enough..

Mounted archers will have their time now.. RECURVED COMPOSITE BOW!!

pls try to synergy and dont be an ethnocentric bastard for eastern staff..
