From what I have read in the last few days and also heard from asking ingame is that you no longer receive any weopon speed bonus from AGI only the ability to unlock the agi skills. But yet one person said you do. But that's one person against Everyone else so I figure you don't since patch like they said. But who knows maybe that one person is right? I myself have been wondering the same thing and keep making STR builds but really prefer an AGI build if it was viable. At least STR gives you an extra HP, I seem to be outlasting people lately at about lvl 26'ish running the last half of matches with that extra shred of life still left from being high STR and IF where as normally I'd of died a long time ago.
Thing is if you're pure then the extra point in weopon skill is probably moot once you get that high to go 18 agi as it would really only add like 8 wpf - but hybrid I guess it would be worth it for sure. But then you get to unlock another athletics, which afaik from reading other postings that is gimp past about 4 or 5 as well. Especially if using medium and most of all heavy armor.
