Who do you find fun to fight and play?

so ive been respeccing a lot and ive gone through the classes trying to keep the game fresh

so my question is what class do you find the most fun to play and fight

Im a decent sheilder and decent 2h but everytime i fight a 2h it is the most boring thing in my life :/

every 2h i fight either tries to hiltslash me 5-6 times in a row, try to right spam me while running right trying to circle me or feint spam me to death :/ and every 1h left spams

Im trying out xbow 1h atm maybe ranged duels will be less predictable

I usually play more as 2h but that too can get boring after a lot of time playing the same so usually I make alts.

I tried several alts but seem to always go back to 2h (I either dual wield or 2h in any rpg game I play) but currently I'm 1h cav and was thinking on sticking up till 31 then change or try something different.

I'll probably go for a fast assaulter or try on an archer capable of fighting in melee next gen if I ever reach 31 before respeccing out of frustration. (I seriously hate 30 -31)

27/9 or 33/6 Pike or Long Spear. Shit's hilarious, but it takes a lot to get used to and get some sort of footwork involving it down. (best used in a team-play setting)

Try hybrid Osiris. All pure builds is incredible dull after 2-3 hours. Even xbow\something will work.

im trying hybrid 2h just makes me sad when you can tell that 99% of the people you fight will either try to hiltslash or spam im not a leet 2h by any means but i can often get top 5 in my team on eu1 or higher on smaller servers, its just so hard to keep it exciting

1h/no shield and 2h(with Miaodao). Can't be arsed to play as a longspearman these days, random pubbies have no clue as to what to do when they get a teammate with a long-spear.
Absolutely hate fighting against polearms, that can be swung sideways, boring as hell to fight against them.

My 1h no shield gen was probably the most epic thing I have ever done in cRPG.

Stabbing dudes with a Long Espada and 10 PS was ridiculous. The left swing with the 33 cut on the Arab Cav Sword also got me more one shots than you think 1h would be capable of.

I like cav,and i am diecent with that. So rewarding class.

2h are also cool,but i am not good at it,but i stick to mob and get kills. I can block,but some players are so good and you can't do anything about that.
Usualy i get panic attack,and that screw me in duel.

pike/spear is very fun,and easy,tried it and i love it.

It's fun to fight anything that isn't

(A) on a plated charger and aiming to bump rather than kill

(B) doing the weird hilt-slashing wushu that moderately skilled 2h-ers default into whenever they think they're facing easy prey

(C) tedious backpeddlers.  I get moving backwards as a move, but always running backwards out of every fight - especially with a one-hander - just seems boring for everyone.


And it's fun for me to fight with anything that isn't an enormous polearm or a low-end throwing weapon.  I'm terrible with most things but they're still fun to use.

You are speaking my language.  I have never had so much fun playing until I went 1h / no shield.  It is pretty elite.

I've recently been just piling on the armour, using a Miaodao and hacking through everything on siege. I went 14-2 at one point without a single block. I just find that sword hellishly good at hacking through crowds on siege. It's fun being the first up a ladder and cleaving a path through everyone.

I tried xbow for a while as well and found that quite enjoyable. Although a little tedious once the rain kicks in

the tedium has already set in i think it has more to do with my total inability to block any kind of weapon after the patch more than boredom I cant even block a bloody great long axe and thats easy to see fine fps 60 ping and still people insta swing *cries* maybe a few months of no crpg and lots of NW will sort it
