Heavy armor is one of the factor why people come here.
+100% for being "racist retard". You rather be safe racist in your country, than dead French bundle of sticks under the truck wheels, blown to pieces by a bomb, or shot in your own country, by so called "refugees". Lewak logic. Youll all die, sooner or later :). Enemy of my enemy, is my friend. Muslims will deal with you, go use the power of crayons do defend yourself.

You must have 0 PS when you need 10+ good hits to kill someone.
Or using a 1h cut sword (big surprise noobs you can't 2 hit a plate wearer with a 1h sword). 'Remove heavy armors'? Remove noob crybabies instead I say.

Just my opinion, but they fuck up the game, when theres guys that need over 10 good hits its just fucking lame and boring and stupid. Thank you.

While I agree that it takes too many hits to kill dudes nowadays, removing heavy armors doesn't sound like the best solution.

I think I'll go with Saul/Vodner on this one.

I don't agree with removing heavy armors.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

I feel the degree of body armor I currently have (58) should be the armor value used for fully loomed plate, that medium armor should be in the 30 armor range, and that light armor should be in the 10-15 armor range.

This, with adjustment to damage dealt where needed.
You think you're pretty smart with your dago mustache and your greasy hair.

lol heavy armor is total shit i only use mine not too look like another kuyak my old friend or mail rus viking...  :|

Roleplaying some knight is expensive an it slows you down lol

But my look is worth the pain in speed

If you want the best armor to speed ratio you gotta go with the kuyak or similar paul pretty much destroyed anything that was good about wearing heavy armor besides look.

In some way i guess its good that way it makes my look more unique

I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1.  No wonder range is having a field day.

Armor should stay the same, if not buffed to previous loom values (+7 instead of +5). What i would like to see is enhanced multiplier for head hits. It should be x2 at least.

That would make life so much easier. As a piker I poked heads most of the time and being a notorious kicker I learned how to always get head-hits out of my kicks. :)
I voted Gurnisson cause of his fucking bendy pike, I swear noone can roflcopter stab like he can.

Glad I'm not the only one thinking like that. Fucking katana spammers can hurt me in my milanese plate even if they do 360° spin and slash at completely off angle. It's ridiculous.

But yeah, I guess it's important that peasants with wooden clubs have a chance against a knight.

No, and plate armor should be very, very powerful but the real issue is the amount of med-heavy/heavy armor we see on the field. That needs to be tweaked down somehow.

This is my opinion how the damage types should work:

- Cut: Useless against plate (mostly glances, only little damage if no glance), somewhat useless against mail (medium damage, still glances sometimes), normal effect against cloth armor
- Pierce: Somewhat useless against plate (mostly glances, normal damage if no glance), normal effect against mail and cloth armor
- Blunt: Normal effect against all armor types

This would of course buff heavy armor a lot. I don't see this as a problem, as heavy armor costs a lot and slows you down quite noticeably. It would of course lead to more tincans on the battlefield, but this is not negative in my eyes. It's already very rare to see something heavier than transitional armor.

It would also change the weapon distribution. People would flock more to blunt and pierce weapon types. The times of the Kuyak-clad DGS swingers would be over. A new era would begin.
